Categories on the dashboard

### Describe the problem

So far, we have used component lists on the dashboard. When categories appeared, it would be better to use categories.

We currently have 72 component lists, the categories would limit the "first page" to a maximum of 10 elements.

### Describe the solution you'd like

Add a list of categories just like a list of components (You must be able to select specific categories, not all of them).

### Describe alternatives you've considered

Add a shortcut to the selected project on the desktop. (Currently, to open the category view, you need to click: Projects->Browse all Project ->Selected project)
