Selective automatic translation

### Describe the problem

Currently, automatic translation using other components in the project allows you to translate based on a specific component or all components in the project.

Sometimes there is a need for automatic translation using just a few selected components, or all but one.

1) Allowing you to select several specific components as a translation source
2) Possibility to choose a list of components as a translation source
3) Exclusion of one or more components as a translation source
