Shared screenshots galleries/collections/folders

It may be useful to not limited screenshots just to one project.

**Describe the solution you'd like**
Global page "Screenshots" where you can create screenshots collections. And sub-collections. And sub-sub-collections. (folders, subfolders...)
When you want to add a screenshot/reference image that exists already it will be even easier to find it! And you do not have to upload the same image in every project in which you want to use it.
(When you will add this functionality you should just group all already existing images to collections (folders) named by projects names. )
