Users screenshot submission

I personally think that the fact that only the maintainers can add images is is limiting the potential of the community to help build a better contextual information by promoting and contributing screenshots of their own.

I believe that screenshots contribution and moderation system will allow the translators and any other actors to contribute and become a part of the localization process (Maybe even quality control?).

The current way is holding the screenshots contribution back, we can harness the power of the community for such a task, the only thing that matters is a good moderation and review pipeline.

I'm not aware of any other localization platform that implemented such a solution.

I'm also thinking about an API, because LibreOffice for example can detect which strings appear in a certain screenshots and automatically mark it according to the comment (context).

There are many possible opportunities here, I've only covered few of them.
