With advanced search (see #2643 and #3059) users might want to create saved searches and those would appear on the search page next to predefined ones.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
Interface to create and delete saved searches. These should be in two scopes - per user and per project. The per project ones are useful for fine grained customization of the workflow (eg. add priority based search to filter important stings).
