Discussion tab for same language.

Reason :
I would like to discuss translation in the same language.
However, writing it in comments has no bearing on people of different languages, so it is noisy for them.

Solution :
In the new tab, prepare the same function as the comment tab.
The difference is that user can write only those who are editing the same language.
I think the discussion is good for the tab's name.
