Description
### Describe the problem
To the bottom-right of the typical Weblate editor, there's a section named **String Information**. It contains a foldable section named **Details**.
This section contains that some may deem important. The Source String location, the date it was added
The problem is, every time the page is changed or refreshed, and therefore every time a translation is submitted, the Details section collapses every time. This makes it _very tedious_ to look up further information for any specific string.
### Solution brainstorm
Remember the collapsed state of this section across the same session.
### Describe alternatives you have considered
Keep the section unfolded by default. Under normal circumstances, it's not particularly intrusive, I personally feel like.

### Additional context
I am part of the Godot Engine team, and I have translated its components in Italian almost by myself. This is my experience.

Research direction
No file or test is named. Start by locating the Weblate editor's String Information panel and its Details foldable section, then trace how its expanded state is initialized when the page changes or refreshes. Done means the section remembers its collapsed or expanded state throughout the same session, including after submitting a translation.
