Description
### Describe the problem
Currently, the user dashboard merely answers "where I am involved" rather than "what should I do". This is a bit described by https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/5532, but I believe we should more focus on all what makes sense on the dashboard.
I originally posted this at https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/20727#issuecomment-5022350769, but I think it should get a separate tracking issue.
I think something like this would work well:
* My work (What should I do?)
* Watched translations (Where am I involved?) [existing]
* Managed projects (Which projects do I manage?) [existing]
* Suggested translations (Where might I want to look?) [existing]
### Solution brainstorm
Add a work-oriented view to the dashboard in coordination with https://github.com/WeblateOrg/weblate/issues/20727

Research direction
The issue does not name files, tests, or entry points. Start by reviewing the existing dashboard and the linked issues 5532 and 20727, then clarify the work-oriented view and its scope. Done means an agreed dashboard design and implementation covering the proposed work, watched translations, managed projects, and suggested translations views.
