### Describe the problem
Similar to the "Pending suggestions exist" notification, it would be helpful for translators to get and configure their desired notifications on pending comments, to remind them that open discussions should be addressed.
### Solution brainstorm
Implement it the same as "Pending suggestions exist" (see notification settings).

Make a reminder to run search queries manually.
