### Describe the problem
When user first visits Weblate server as unauthenticated user, he is presented selection of projects for translation (for example https://translate.codeberg.org/).
But this could definitely provide more information on the server, for example:
* https://l10n.gnome.org/
* https://fedoraproject.org/wiki/L10N

Add a way to customize the information shown on the anonymous user landing page.
