Improve filter translations UI

### Describe the problem

I just came across this handy future by luck that I thought Weblate lacked.

Sometimes when I find an author that translated an app badly, it is hard to undo all their translations unless I go to their profile then keep going through their "Recent changes" tab till I find them. So it is good idea to expose it in a better way than going to Insights -> "History" tab then click on "Browse all translation changes" at far bottom and then scroll at far bottom again to use this filter. There is a better way to do that like Crowdin I shared in "Solution brainstorm" below.

But probably don't want to clutter UI by adding a new tab, I can't think immediately a way to place them but have them options at top on History tab as icon to click and show up like Crowdin or show automatically?
