Localizable team names

### Describe the issue

Some strings still don't translate on the profile page.

### I already tried

- [x] I've read and searched [the documentation](https://docs.weblate.org/).
- [x] I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Go to Profile page -> Languages. Change language frome English to Croatian (or any otther language)
2. Click on "Teams"
3. There is a string which does not translate (see first screenshot).
P.S. This may not apply for all users, as it seems specific for the projectc "F-Droid".
4. There are strings which do not translate in breadcrumbs and in the name of the team (see second and third screenshots)

### Expected behavior

All strings should translate.
