Description
### Describe the problem
Currently, there is search in the navbar which allows searching for projects/translations and in page search which allows searching for strings. The intention was to support both searches in the top bar, but it was never completed.
### Solution brainstorm
Make search work similarly as on GitHub. The default search would be scoped based on the current page.
