Alert icon shown on all languages, not just affected one

### Describe the issue

The red 'alert' icon is shown for every language in the list of my glossary, while the issue applies only to 1 language.

- [x] I've searched for similar filed issues in this repository.

### Steps to reproduce the behavior

1. Cause an error on a glossary component
2. Open the glossary component languages list
