Option to add component to component lists [from component page or search results]

### Steps to reproduce
1. Create component list.
2. Add values to it

### Actual behaviour
It is very difficult to fill out... the menu in the admin config is very small.

### Expected behaviour
It would be good to be able to add the components to the lists from the components page, or the search.
("create a list with this search")
A button or similar that says 'add to component list' and opens the options available to the user (including maybe 'new list')
This will be very useful to easily create lists for transtators or reviewers and organize the work
