Descrizione

What is the feature you'd like to have?
I am working on a Lua scripting provider for Binary Ninja. I would like to be able to register a new file-type to be associated with my provider when the user uses the "Run script..." action. @emesare has confirmed in Slack that currently the file-picker dialog is hard coded to only accept Python.

Are any alternative solutions acceptable?
I have considered working on some QT/UI bindings to register my own "Run Lua Script..." action, but I think it is more appropriate for ScriptingProviders to use a standardized approach.

Direzione di ricerca

No files or tests are named. Start by locating the hard-coded Python filter in the "Run script..." file-picker action and the ScriptingProvider registration API. Done means a provider can register an associated file type and the action accepts it.
