What is the feature you'd like to have?
Add a ui.theme option/checkbox that makes the scroll thumb a completely different color and very obvious compared with the rest of the scroll bar.
Is your feature request related to a problem?
The scroll thumb part of the scroll bar is a very similar color to the rest of the scroll bar and when it gets small in a large file, it can be hard to spot quickly.
