Right now you need to do int or bytes on value.value when something is a Const or ConstPtr or Float or ConstData, etc. We can easily add handlers in the Python API for this to make it even easier to work with.

Start by locating the Python API implementations for Const, ConstPtr, Float, and ConstData expressions and their current value accessors. Add direct int and bytes handling for the relevant expression types, then verify that callers no longer need to access value.value and run the existing Python API tests if available.
