RDTSC intrinsic takes TSC register as an argument

Description
This is probably a more general problem than just RDTSC, but I noticed that RDTSC lifts to: eax, edx = _rdtsc(tsc). Hardcoded register operands like that should probably just be hardcoded, making it eax, edx = _rdtsc(). Otherwise, tsc should be marked as a system register so it doesn't propagate as an argument.
