Consumables in the CMD module

Description
Improve on the current selections of consumables used in the CMD module.
Current consumables are:
Chronic heart disease - Aspirin 300mg_1000_CMST (code 226)
Chronic kidney disease - Dianeal + Dextrose 1.5% intraperitoneal dialysis soln. with minicap_2L_CMST (code 2064)
Chronic lower back pain - Aspirin 300mg_1000_CMST (code 226)
Hypertension - Hydrochlorothiazide 25mg_1000_CMST (code 221)
Diabetes - Metformin hydrochloride 500mg_100_CMST (code 233)
Proposed consumables are:
Frusemide 40mg_1000_CMST (code 225)
Simvastatin, 15 mg (code 234)
These consumables need to be assigned as treatments for their appropriate diseases and the availability of the consumables needs to be determined
