Description

Hi @tdm32 (was just looking at HIV HSIs)- I might be wrong but at the above line are we defining the name of newborn_outcomes module in the wrong way (i.e it should be NewbornOutcomes) and if so are we always using the predetermine probability of newborn screening for hiv diagnosed mothers? Please ignore/close if i'm wrong
