IS: bug?

Hi,
I have this function :

def test_function(self):
    roro = '12'
    if True :
        roro = 458
    print( roro )

witch is compiled in

get test_function () {return __get__ (this, function (self) {
		var roro = '12';
		if (true) {
			var roro = 458;
		}
		print (roro);
	});}

The variable inside the if is masked, which is very annoying.
I am on windows, does someone had a clue ?
