Allow user to select specific sites, rather than whole provider

Description
Currently, the model runs for all hospital sites for a provider. Outputs are aggregated at the level of hospital site (apart from A&E).
It may be useful to run the model for different sites with different assumptions. While there is nothing ng you from running the model for a provider but only ever using the results for a specific site, it may give people more reassurance to be able to run the model for specific sites.
We could add a selection on the home page of the inputs app to select which of a provider's sites to include or exclude.
Adding in this option though would require us to also filter charts throughout the app. This may also invalidate the peer selection.
If this is something that we want to implement, then additional issues need to be created in the model repo and the outputs repo.
