Empieza por android/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties y android/settings.gradle, comprobando android/build.gradle si las versiones están definidas allí en su lugar. Actualiza las versiones de Gradle, Android Gradle Plugin y Kotlin a las mínimas indicadas en la advertencia; luego ejecuta la compilación de Flutter para Android correspondiente y confirma que estas advertencias ya no aparecen.
