FYI

Start with android/gradle/wrapper/gradle-wrapper.properties and android/settings.gradle, checking android/build.gradle if the versions are defined there instead. Update the Gradle, Android Gradle Plugin, and Kotlin versions to the minimums listed in the warning, then run the relevant Flutter Android build and confirm these warnings no longer appear.
