Research direction
Start by locating the Rev 2 preset fields, especially the data bitmask, and compare them with the upcoming Rev 3 platform. Review how the SDECv2 component is expected to disable dynamic frame sizing. Done means the unused fields and dynamic sizing behavior are removed or disabled consistently, with the affected tests updated.

Describe the feature you'd like
Some preset fields like the data bitmask are a product of hardware limitations from rev 2. In our case, we pretty much never need to reduce the frame size and it just makes one more thing to test.
We should consider removing it from Rev 2 for parity with the upcoming platform and to reduce complexity/tech debt.
Additional context
We should work an SDECv2 component alongside this to disable dynamic frame sizing.
