Subtitle translation in Language learning (LL)mode

Start by reviewing the plugin repository and the two linked .srt examples, Zoo_-02x11-_Magyar_LL_mode_kiserleti_nyelvtanulas_szinezett_v02.srt and Zoo.S02E12E13_HUN__LL2_v02.srt. Determine whether the repository has an existing subtitle translation or rendering entry point; done would mean a defined learning-mode feature that preserves most original text while selectively displaying translated words.

The Subedit Program is very impressive.

My question is that do you plan a language learnig mode at the subtitle translation?

How I can imagine.

The translation mode works fine with Google and Microsoft.
it translates the whole sentence according the knowledge of the translator.

But If would be a Learning mode switch ,o r plug in, then the translation could be not the whole sentence, but words could be translated only and inserted into the original text.
The main reasons:
The machine translated subtitle is useful only who has the language and use it for picking up the unknown word.
So in LL mode more useful to be seen the original text with some inserted translated word.

For example:
HOw that works now:

English:
There's more than one way
to welcome a visitor.

Translation by google in HUngarian:
:Van több módon
üdvözölhetjük a látogatókat.

But in learning mode can be translated only the words not in a list:

There's more than one way [ mód]
to welcome [üdvözölni] a visitor.[látogató].

So this way most of the sentence remain in English, but only the key words that may unknown is translated . So help learning languages.
Maybe the translated word can be colored different way.

The list of not translated file could be in a text file, which can be broaden by the user.

There is some similar feature at ororo.tv but there have to stop the video and click over the unknown word, due to the translation to be shown, but it works only under windows, and not so convenient as the text goes on outside reaction time.

Here is an example of a handmade LL subtitle.
One with html color coded (if the player was set that display the subtitle in Yellow, then the translated words remain White).
The other simle text for the player that do not handle html codes.
