For this ticket, the files will be processed with XSLT and then imported as EAD for NASM's review.
Once everything is reviewed, we can discuss creating a separate ticket to handle this process with Python, submitting the results directly to ASpace without using a background job.
Update: In PROD now. NASM is reviewing. Still need to update the temp Ref IDs.
