Coordinate, schedule, lead, and review a series of meetings with ArchivesSpace unit representatives to talk about what they want to see changed/overhauled in the ArchivesSpace to EDAN pipeline. Research how to best structure meetings like this - brainstorming/requirements setting. Some questions to consider:
- What do folks want to see changed?
- What kind of things do users want visibility into - files as they move through the process, issues preventing export, completion status?
- How do users imagine a system looking - what features do they want to see?
- Dashboard? Best practice report?
- How would users re-imagine the export initiation? Publish? and Finding Aid Status now, but maybe something without either of those? Standalone button in ASpace interface?
- Do users want to see version history/changelog of collection updates? If so, how/where would you like that displayed?
