Update AMDS current card section to add how to use LA100-P

We had an issue: https://github.com/Severson-Group/AMDS/issues/45 in AMDS repo to add information on how to use LA100-P created three years ago. Meanwhile, the AMDC article in current card section has been updated via this PR #144 to include accurate gain information. We needed to make these article consistent, i.e., both article should include LA100-P information and updated accurate gain information.

Approach

Let us try revising the AMDC article first, as it has the latest information, where we will add LA100-P datasheet, etc. Then we will bring the AMDC article over AMDS article here.
