Description
It would really help people get started if we had docker images with the appropriate setup (vulkan tools, correct rust version, etc) already ready to go to. This will lower the bar for contributors and users and make it easier to use with GPU clouds. We can look at rust-cuda's to get an idea.

Research direction
Start by reviewing rust-cuda's Docker image setup and identify the Rust version, Vulkan tools, and other setup this repository needs. Define the image contents and publishing approach, then verify that contributors and GPU-cloud users can use the published images with the intended environment.
