Description

Summary:

The Human-AI Interaction Group (HAIG) is looking to grow its connections, collaborations, and visibility within the broader interactive-segmentation and MONAI community. This is an open call for outreach ideas — not limited to any one format. Possible categories (non-exhaustive): collaborating with existing segmentation challenges on interactive tracks, workshop/tutorial sessions, industry partnerships, cross-project collaborations with other MONAI-adjacent groups, and others we haven't thought of yet.

As one concrete example already in progress: HAIG has scoped a shortlist of existing challenges (CVPR SEGFM3D, TopCoW/TopBrain, ToothFairy3, autoPET, PENGWIN, HECKTOR, ISLES, SegRap) for potential interactive-segmentation-track collaboration — see #[trail ticket number] for that specific line of work. But we're actively looking for other kinds of outreach too, not just this one.

Ask:

Share outreach ideas/formats you think HAIG should pursue, in any category — or point us to overlapping efforts already underway.

Research direction

There is no code file or test entry point named; start by reviewing the shared Google Doc and the listed candidate challenges. Done means contributing a concrete outreach idea or identifying an overlapping effort for HAIG to pursue, with the relevant collaboration path documented.
