Description
Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We want to use XNAT to train the monai AI models.
Currently, XNAT ohif can segment dicom data.
Describe the solution you'd like
once we have the segmentation as nifti and the image converted from dcm2nii we can guide monai label to look into xnat folders and get the images. From there we would train normally as with any examples of monai label.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Have not thought about another alternative.
Additional context
Context is using XNAT as pipeline for training the AI model with Monai not just for deploying AI models.

Research direction
No file, test, or entry point is named. First clarify the XNAT folder structure, the expected segmentation and image formats, and how MONAI Label training should receive them; then identify the training-data integration point and define an end-to-end validation using representative XNAT data.
