a few customers from APJ are looking for an end-to-end solution with MONAILabel integrated with XNAT. We have successfully set up the connection. However, the training can't be triggered from XNAT yet.
Describe the solution you'd like
We would hope to get the training pipeline be triggered through XNAT so that the customer can demonstrate the end-to-end workflow.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Currently, we triggered training through 3Dslicer which is not ideal for customer
