Debugger hangs in finally block after CTRL+C

Debugger and terminal hangs while debugging script in finally {} block after CTRL+C was pressed.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Set breakpoint at $counter in the finally {} block
2. Start debugging
3. Press CTRL+C

try {
    $counter = 0
    while ($true) {
        $counter++
        Write-Host "Counter: $counter"
        Start-Sleep -Seconds 1
    }
} finally {
    $counter
}

Inizia riproducendo il blocco in Visual Studio Code con lo script PowerShell dell’issue, quindi ispeziona i file allegati PowerShell Trace LSP.log, PowerShell.log e StartEditorServices-27172.log. Il lavoro è completato quando premere CTRL+C mentre l’esecuzione è arrestata su $counter in finally non lascia più il debugger e il terminale bloccati.
