Issue Description
I am experiencing a problem with problems not refreshing after changing the settings file.
Steps to reproduce
- Open a PowerShell script with at least one problem.
- Open the
PSScriptAnalyzerSettings.psd1file. - Add the name of the rule that's causing the problem under the
ExcludeRuleskey. - Go back to the initial script.
Current behaviour
The problem doesn't disappear.
Expected behaviour
The problem should disappear.

Beginne damit, das Problem in VS Code mit einem PowerShell-Skript und PSScriptAnalyzerSettings.psd1 zu reproduzieren, und folge dann docs/troubleshooting.md, um Logs zu erfassen. Verfolge, wie sich Änderungen an ExcludeRules auf die vom Skript gemeldeten Probleme auswirken; fertig ist die Aufgabe, wenn die ausgeschlossene Diagnose nach der Rückkehr zum Skript verschwindet.
