Issue Description

PSReadLine Keyboard Commands do not work in the PowerShell Integrated Console

Expected Behaviour

Using keyboard combinations which are bound are executed.

Actual Behaviour

Attempting to use any keyboard commands does not work.

e.g. pressing Ctrl+l does nothing, even though it's bound by default to the below action

Ctrl+l        ClearScreen       Clear the screen and redraw the current line at the top of the screen

ms-vscode.powershell@2019.5.0 is disabled, I'm using ms-vscode.powershell-preview@2019.5.0

Riproduci il problema in PowerShell Integrated Console su macOS usando l’estensione di anteprima e verifica se i comandi PSReadLine associati, come Ctrl+l, vengono ignorati. L’attività è completata quando i comandi da tastiera vengono eseguiti come previsto nella console integrata; il payload non indica file sorgente o test da esaminare.
