focusConsoleOnExecute not working when using debug with argument prompt

Issue Description

When powershell.integratedConsole.focusConsoleOnExecute is set to True, the focus is set properly to the terminal/console when using the debug launch configuration 'PowerShell Launch Current File'. However, when using 'PowerShell Launch Current File w/Args Prompt', the focus is always set to the editor.
A fix or (simple) workaround would be very much appreciated.
