Description

This may need to be editor-specific since the settings format could be different for each. It could allow an PS-based extension author to do things like set window zoom level, font, theme, etc.

Research direction

No file, test, or entry point is named. Start by mapping the existing $psEditor API and editor-specific settings integration, then clarify which settings and editor contracts are in scope. Done should include an agreed API and behavior for the requested zoom, font, and theme examples.
