Description
I'm occasionally getting this error on running Invoke-ScriptAnalyzer with v 1.6.0
Invoke-ScriptAnalyzer : Cannot access a closed file.

Research direction
Start with Microsoft.Windows.PowerShell.ScriptAnalyzer.Helper.GetModuleManifest and the MissingModuleManifestField and PSUseToExportFieldsInManifest rules named in the stack trace. Reproduce Invoke-ScriptAnalyzer against the referenced PesterHelpers.psd1 or another module manifest, then trace the runspace and transcription disposal shown in the error. Done means these rules no longer intermittently report an ObjectDisposedException.
