PSUseOutputTypeCorrectly complains "... type is not declared in the OutputType attribute" even though it is

Steps to reproduce

PSScriptAnalyzer is complaining about a missing OutputType attribute, even though I did set it correctly.

Easiest way to reproduce is test with my exact file:

首先，使用链接的复现中的 Install-LSUpdate.ps1，以及使用 PSScriptAnalyzer 1.20.0 的 Invoke-ScriptAnalyzer 复现该报告。调查 PSUseOutputTypeCorrectly 规则，并将其推断出的 PackageInstallResult 输出与声明的 OutputType 进行比较；当第 93 行和第 125 行的误报诊断不再出现，同时仍能检测到有效警告时，即表示完成。
