Transient RULE_ERROR

I wish I could provide more information, but the error is transient and therefore cannot be deterministically reproed.

PSScriptAnalyzer version: 1.18.3
OS Version: Ubuntu 1604

PSScriptAnalyzer is failing occasionally with the following error:
