Partial Parameter Name give confusing message

Tested in Version 1.17.0 (and 1.16.1)
No mention of this was found in a search of issues.

Message is confusing when PARTIAL parameter name is supplied (no warning if name omitted, no warning if name fully spelled out) but message doesn't reference the real issue of a partial name:

Cmdlet 'Compare-object' may be used incorrectly.
Please check that all mandatory parameters are
supplied.

Steps to reproduce

$a = 'a','b','c'
$b = 'a','b','c'
Compare-object $a $b
Compare-object -reference $a -difference $b   # Warning one this version
Compare-object -referenceobject $a -differenceobject $b

Message is:

使用 issue 中顯示的三種 Compare-object 命令形式重現該警告，並比較針對省略、部分寫出和完整寫出的參數名稱所產生的診斷資訊。追蹤產生此訊息的 PSScriptAnalyzer 進入點；完成的標準是，部分名稱的情況能夠識別出部分參數名稱，而不是只回報缺少必要參數。
