Powershell throws an "System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException" error

Start with the BackwardChar entry point shown in the stack trace and reproduce the reported failure using the Windows Terminal environment, buffer dimensions, and repeated LeftArrow input. Done means the reported interaction no longer raises System.ArgumentOutOfRangeException, while the issue's expected behavior is preserved.
