Description
Goal:
Create a function that calculates the PID terms for the plant in a control loop. Testing will be needed to ensure values are being calculated correctly
Integration in main:
gonna push my code for PID to dev/main because its a standalone thing and quarterback turret can benefit from my changes - @rdavies02
Subtasks
- Create Template Class
- Add millis() to ensure values are being calculated correctly
- Test without millis()
- add a template for choosing the datatype of the process variable (using float for now)

Research direction
Start by reviewing the existing template class and the planned PID integration in dev/main. Define how millis() and the float process variable should be handled, then test the PID terms with and without millis() before considering the move to PR-Lib.
