Description

Many, many beginning users thinks their code is not working just because of the viewer initial point of view.

I think this concerns both the PCLVisualizer (when displaying axis) and the CloudViewer.

Research direction

Review the PCLVisualizer and CloudViewer entry points related to their initial point of view, and reproduce the beginner reports linked in the issue. Determine an improved default view for both cases and define completion by confirming that displayed clouds and axes are immediately visible to new users.
