Description
There is a SACMODEL_PERPENDICULAR_PLANE but no SACMODEL_NORMAL_PERPENDICULAR_PLANE, should be easy to add it to pcl/sample_consensus/model_types.h.

Research direction
Start with pcl/sample_consensus/model_types.h and compare SACMODEL_PERPENDICULAR_PLANE with the surrounding model definitions. Add the missing normal-perpendicular-plane model entry and verify that the new model type is defined consistently with the existing enum.
