It would be helpful for our website to contain or have links to PLEPs (which are in their own GitHub repository and also in the PlasmaPy Community on Zenodo. Possibilities would be to have a page within the existing website (which would be more straightforward), or possibly have a new website called something like plep.plasmapy.org.
