Research direction

Reproduce the issue by running Path of Building on Linux under Wine, moving the window to a second screen, and checking whether its buttons accept clicks. No source file or test is named; trace the desktop window and input handling from the relevant UI entry point, then verify that all buttons work after moving the window between screens.
