Is your feature request related to a problem?

Currently when looking to remove nodes from your skill tree, you have to manually hover over each one to see which would decrease the stat you care about the least.

Describe the solution you'd like

"Show Node Power" / the Node Power Report shows which node(s), if added, would increase the selected stat the most. It would be quite useful, and hopefully not too difficult, to have an option to do the inverse, showing which node(s), if removed, would decrease the selected stat the least.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Research direction

No file or test is named. Start by locating the existing “Show Node Power” or “Node Power Report” implementation and trace how it evaluates adding nodes for a selected stat. Done means an option reports which removable node or nodes cause the smallest decrease, with results that can be compared against the current hover behavior.
